Matt Fry is responsible for following up on all new business leads for CGS Health, from requests for proposals to quote generation to sales. A meticulous salesperson, Fry views the self-insurance field as fertile ground for business development. “It has been a real eye-opening experience to see the number of opportunities in this space, which hasn’t changed its landscape in years,” he says. “The chance to make technological advances geared toward millennials, provide superior customer service, and help new business owners make a huge difference toward their bottom line has been extremely rewarding.”
The recipient of a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California, Fry lives in Rowayton, CT, with his wife, Lisa, and three children. When he’s not busy working his magic for CGS Health, Fry wishes he could be fly-fishing in remote international locations or attending live music events. Instead, he can be found in a hockey rink or on a lacrosse field or softball diamond with his children. “Being with them is more enjoyable and only lasts so long, anyway,” he says. “I will catch up on the other stuff later.” Fry is Vice-Chair of the Audubon Greenwich (Connecticut), a chapter of the National Audubon Society, and he sits on the board of the Rowayton Civic Association.
