New business purchase strengthens commitment to affordable, high-quality benefits for employers and members.
Norwalk, CT: Nov. 3, 2025 – CGS Health announced a definitive agreement today to acquire certain assets of Regional Care, Inc. The acquisition advances CGS Health’s mission to provide affordable and valuable healthcare benefits and deliver smarter solutions that help employers manage rising costs while improving member experiences.
“RCI has earned the confidence of employers and members through decades of personal service. Being acquired by CGS Health preserves their local roots while extending RCI’s reach and resources. For more than 30 years, RCI has supported employers and members with responsive service and a deep commitment to their well-being.
