Cigna network directory
For members on a plan that accesses the Cigna national PPO through Cigna Payer Solutions. Search doctors, specialists, hospitals, and urgent care.

MultiPlan network directory
For members on a MultiPlan / PHCS plan (including MEC and MEC-Enhanced plans). Search participating providers in the PHCS network.

CGS Health administers plans across several provider networks, so there isn't one universal directory. The fastest way to search correctly:
- Check your member ID card. The network name (Cigna, MultiPlan/PHCS, Anthem, Northwell Direct, or Midlands) is printed on the front or back.
- Open the matching directory above and search by provider name, specialty, or location.
- Verify before your visit. Networks change. Confirm a provider is in-network with Member Services before you schedule.
