Todd Scallen serves as Director, Business Development where he is charged with expanding relationships with producers, benefits consultants and prospective C-Level Executives who manage businesses’ with 50 – 5,000 employees. Key to this role is developing CGS Health’s “go-to-market” territory sales strategy, identifying and engaging top prospective partners, directing digital marketing efforts, maximizing the CRM platform and refining sales materials for best value proposition representation.
Prior to joining CGS Health, Todd spent 20+ years in the sales, marketing and advertising industries where he has worked at top brands including: GOLF MAGAZINE, Sirius XM Satellite Radio and The Weather Channel.
Todd graduated with a bachelor’s degree from The University of Lynchburg and moved from his home state of Michigan to Connecticut, where he resides in the town of Darien and is proud father to Riley, Wes and Poppie. Outside of being a sports Dad, he spends his free time on his boat fishing, hacking it up on the golf course and sport shooting/hunting in the great outdoors. Todd also serves on the board of the Darien Boat Club and proudly supports Norbert Buchmayr Society, The Life is Priceless Foundation and Hope for the Warriors.
