Jim has overall responsibility for CGS Health’s operations with a focus on improving processes, implementing systems, and driving operational efficiency.

Jim has over 25 years of executive experience at companies ranging from start-ups to multi-billion dollar Fortune 100 companies. He served as CEO of Financial Profiles, Inc. and turned around the struggling software business and returned it to profitability. As SVP at Marsh & McLennan, Jim was responsible for driving operational improvements in the Risk Consulting division and at the Hanover Insurance Group Jim’s team re-engineered the company’s 600 employee IT organization. Jim also founded the educational software company Brain Parade, LLC and created the award winning special education iPad app, See.Touch.Learn. which was recognized for excellence by Apple in 2012.
Jim is the chairman and co-founder of Stamford Dollars for Scholars, an organization that has provided over a half-million dollars of scholarships to deserving high school graduates in the city of Stamford.
Jim resides in Connecticut and holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Manhattan College.
